[ale] 2001 Linux Showcase?

I don't know if it has anything to do with it or not, but all of the
USENIX conferences rotate sites from one year to the next.  As I recall,
the LS is also a USENIX conference.

The down side to this is that, for the most part, USENIX conferences
happen either on the west coast or the northeast.

The upside of USENIX involvement, I think was obvious in the Showcase
last year.
