Something like that. From replies here and elsewhere so far, it's become
apparent
that RH changed it's installation options in 6.2 to better lock down the box
as a
default. Didn't know that at the time, but in retrospect the installer
sidebars were
trying to clue me more than I was capable of absorbing during my half-asleep
late
night install.
Short summary: admin error.
Lesson learned: make sure brain is 'on' when thinking might be a
requirement.
