Id have to concur. It dies when its a beautiful day and runs when its raining. OK so it doesn't run much at all, but you get the point. I am talking to telocity right now, and im on the waiting list. Its sad. Ive used Mindspring for as long as I've been on the Internet. Ive wondered if it has anything to do with their merger with Earthlink. I got dsl at the same time, of course I know it is far more likely that they are just having problems with dsl.

Murphy's Discovery:
Do you know Presidents talk to the country the way men talk to
women? They say, "Trust me, go all the way with me, and everything
will be all right." And what happens? Nine months later, you're in
trouble!
