FWIW, my coworker had me go to Speakeasy.net to check out their service. I'm
not sure what they're offering up in Noo Yawk, but what I saw was for $90
or $90 per month, you could get the 1.5M/384K service with two static IPs and
a remote Linux shell account, among other goodies. A bit pricey, though, IMO.
