Try changing to

DSmail.mindspring.com

Mindspring likes to change its server names and IP addresses when they
upgrade hardware because they're too stupid to have the new system have
the same name and IP address as the old system and simply rename the old
system (now destined for some other service). They also cannot be
bothered to send email to their customers when this happens.

Note also that there must not be a space in this line.

Further, your sending system address must be that of a real system resolvable
through a DNS server that only sees systems on the Internet.

I deal with the latter by doing "hostname someonereal.com" on my system;
I don't know the proper sendmail.cf or sendmail.mc command to fake this
offhand.
