[ale] Fixed: Secure distro survey

My humblest apologies for the survey I hosted at SourceForge. As many
of us found out, you need to be a registered user to complete surveys
on sourceforge ...yuck!

I've re-implemented the survey on my own site. Anyone can use it
without registration, and it loads a lot faster, too. Again, I would
sincerely appreciate it if you took the time to let me know what you
consider important in a linux server distro. It's now located at:

    http://industrial-linux.org/cgi/survey.fcgi
