[ale] Win4lin

No comparison. WINE is designed to run binaries on Linux as if they were
just another Linux program - it just convinces it that it is actually
running on Windows 9x.

Win4Lin and VMWare pretend they are a x86 architecture machine and are
actually running the whole OS, so when you run WordPad or whatever, it
actually is running under 9x.

WINE pretends it is Windows to let programs run.
Win4Lin pretends it is a computer to let Windows run.
