I know that VMWare generates a large amount of system overhead, it that 
if you are in need of Word,Excel etc..etc.. Win4Lin is a good choice (less
system overhead and price) ,,if you want to run an entire system
environment (NT, Netware, BeOS..??) and have a pretty fast box with 160M+
of RAM, go for VMWare.


Pricing for Win4Lin is a lot easier to swallow, $39.99 for the desktop
version, as opposed to VMWare's $99 for "educational" use and $299.99 for
one business license.
