[ale] Netscape oddity

I tried the page.  The page timed out.... I would say it is their fault.

I get that behavior alot when accessing pages created by Frontpage and using Java.  I haven't found a workaround yet except having different browsers available.  Try using IE4 or IE5 under Vmware/Win9x to access the pages.  If your Java is turned off in Netscape for security reasons you may have to turn it on for that site.
