[ale] ipchains rule?

Ichains is now iptables in 2.4+. Yes, another incantation sequence to
learn. My wife is unhappy since only my firewall can currently see outside
as I have had no time to migrate my rules to the new format. Actually,
I've had no time to even _read_ the new format.
