[ale] Printing a website?

I need to print up a tree of a website. Believe it or not, it will be
easier for these people to deal with.

Anyway it's about 100 pages. I can sit here with netscape and do this,
but that takes a wile, and for some reason I'm printing banner pages.
If I could turn off the banners it wouldn't be as bad, but this is getting
stupid. It prints 1 banner for every print job. Is there a way I can
just print all the pages in one job, or atleast turn off the banners?
I've checked my lpd and printcap. The only directive I can find is "sb" and
I have ":sb=0:\" in my printcap. I'm printing to an JP LJ 4060N.
