[ale] 2 redhat questoins

Ok,
  Back when I ran redhat there was a site we called "rufus" where you could
get about any packaged known to man.  Anyone remember the site?

And a friend running redhat is trying to complile QT. and he's getting
an error about mssing "moc" or such.  Anyone know what package that is?
