This means that it will have taken M$ over five weeks for a patch
(that should be a "no-brainer") to avoid a repeat of the $10,000,000,000
estimated loss due to the ILOVEYOU worm and a stupid M$ bug.
While the Ping of Death was a less harmful Denial of Service attack, Linux
had a patch within four hours. That's a time ratio of 200. Which has the
better support? (Please, no flame wars.)
