[ale] How do I list bad blocks?

e2fsck -cv /dev/whatever will check the device for bad blocks and
tell you how many bad blocks you have, but how do you list which
blocks are marked bad?
Also, how do you figure translate block numbers to LBAsec's and
sector numbers? Example:
if log says: LBAsec=2478180 sector=736293 are full of errors,
what block(s) is(are) that(those)?
