Well, I'm not sure if this is what you want, but D-0Link has a really
nifty 10/100 N-way switch available from 5 to 24 ports.  FAirly dumb as
far as switches go, it still translates 10/100 traffic and each port can
operate at either speeed.

They're damn cheap, too.  They're the DSH-5,-8,-12, and -24.
