[ale] DHCP Invocation for PPP

I had similar problems and settled on using ddup, this little utility
goes out gets your dynamic ip address (from ifconfig, I think) and sends
it to dyndns.org. Works fine for me, I also put it into the ip-up script
in etc/ppp. You can find a link to it from www.dyndns.org - look under
clients.
