You need a product called "Dencom Global Addressbook." It
allows you to maintain a single, shared addressbook.

For office-dwellers, they need access to whichever shared directory
you plan to store the addressbook. For mobile users, you have to
send them a copy of the addressbook file whenever you update it.

The admin software runs on '95+. The client installs as a new
service in Outlook; just like the personal addressbook, etc.

Search for "dencom" or "denicom" to download the eval. They're
a New Zealand outfit.
