Terry -

If this CD is an AUDIO CD (e.g., Van Halen's "Diver Down"), translating the
audio to a MIDI file is not something Earth technology can do for you.  You
can, however, use something called a "ripper" (I think I'm getting this
right) that will take tracks off of an audio CD and turn them into .wav
files which you can play back much as you would any .wav file.  See
