[ale] perl/tk

I can get tk to install. I downloaded the tar.gz file, then extracted it and
ran perl Makefile.PL.
The output was:
perl is installed in /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i686-linux okay

Test Compiling config/tod.c
Test Compiling -DTIMEOFDAY_TZ config/tod.c

Cannot find X include files via /usr/X11R6/include

No VERSION at myConfig line 8.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
