[ale] eth0: tx interrupt but no status

hello, im runnign a stock rh6.0 kernel with an intel eexpress as eth0, and
an smc ultra as eth1...  and all thru my log/messages i get "eth0: tx
interrupt but no status"


the box has been up for awhile, the msg doenst seem to do any harm, other
than making logs/messages big ...  but i cant seem to get rid of the error..
i did notice that eth0 was running in promisc mode, and i switched that
off...
