	A big reason against this method is the fact that as a
'guestgroup' commands like 'ls' don't work... meanin the customer has to
walk through their home directory blind... which is not how anon FTP
access works... I tried this method once before and I just tried it again
and it still doesn't work... even copying the ~ftp/bin directory to
~user/bin doesn't work with guestgroup...
