To my knowledge, yes. The main difference between SCSI and IDE is that
LBA (>8.4) support for IDE has only become recently available, to my
recollection. since SCSI cards have their own BIOS, they've been pretty
intuitive about recognizing *ANY* size hard drive.
I know there are also 15,000,000 other reasons to use SCSI over IDE, but I
can't recall them all right now. (I'd check out the SCSI HOW-TO:
