[ale] Alternate OS InstallFest

Hi Venkat,
I can pass it by the organizers, but the the following would be against it:
1. As mentioned, I am trying to be as Linux agnostic as possible. 
2. It makes more sense as a panel rather than a event

So I will suggest it as a panel event.
