[ale] A newbie fights installing a NE2000 ISA ethernet card

I had the same problem with my Realtek NE2K card.  In the documentation,
they mentioned address space corresponding to an IRQ.  Mine works at
0x300; I use  /sbin/modprobe ne.o io=0x300 in one of my rc files.
