Video:  don't know.

LILO:  As root, edit the "etc/lilo.conf" file.
The line that begins with "label=" is the name
that is displayed for each of your loadable
OSes.  You can change the names; they are just
there for your benefit.  You can also change
the order of (groups of) lines in the file.

You can also set a default if you don't already
have one set (if you don't set "default=label",
it defaults to the first one listed).
