Well, if you installed slackware.
Boot from a floppy,
mount the partition as mnt
edit your lilo.conf in etc, specify sda for boot partition
(/mnt/etc/lilo.conf)
boot=/dev/sda
then run lilo with:
lilo -v -r /mnt
Do the same for the other os.
