So does this work for any IDE cd-writer or just the model that you have?
I've been having a hard time with my Sony CDW 7502. Its a rebranded Matshita 
drive and I can't get it to do anything reasonable under xcdroast so I was
thinking about grabbing one of the cheap IDE drives that are out there.

Also will the IDE scsi emulation confuse things if you have real scsi devices
out there?
