Just install the apache RPM from your RH 5.1 CD.

rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/apache-1.2.6-4.i386.rpm

( assuming your RH 5.1 CD is mounted on /mnt/cdrom )

To start the server (as root):

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

Then put your html files in /home/httpd/html/ .
