I've got an internal IDE LS120 that is working fine.  That is, I've
formatted/mounted ext2 on ls120 floppies.  As I recall, I had problems
attempting to mount/format/fdisk a 1.44 floppy in it.  I didn't spend a
lot of time on it, since I still have my standard 1.44 floppy drive in
there too.
