As I recall, it's ftp://hyper.stanford.edu/pub/pcmcia/, but I don't have
time to check that right now....

Even easier:  just add

alias net-pf-4 off
alias net-pf-5 off

to /etc/conf.modules (or /etc/modules.conf or whatever it's called on
your system).  The daemon that autoloads modules will then just ignore
requests for those two.
