I remember a vague discussion with an NT admin in my organization.  He
indicated that NT could not do this, and it was intentional, because MS
wanted to sell more versions of NT Server,  since NT workstation can not
function (legally) as a server.

NT is secure.... as long as you don't remove the shrink wrap.
Want to speed up your NT box real cheap?  Replace NT with Linux...
