The .rhmask file suffix is to denote a file that uses RedHat's
form of a diff patch for RPM distributions... In order to use the rhmask
file you have to already have a version of the RPM install'd or on your
system somewhere... Other than that I don't have any other info on how to
deal with that other than I know you won't be able to just use the rpm
command on it...
