[ale] Printing on an HP DeskJet820 Cxi

Well, I have asked here about printing on a DeskJet 722C but never got an
answer so I don't know if there's a way to do it native under Linux.

However, I did get it to work, kinda, by installing the Win95 drivers on my
Win95 machine (and hook the printer to the 95 box ofcourse :) and then configure
a network printer under Linux to the printer on Win95.  The printer under
Linux is setup as an HP650C if I remember correctly.

The only problem I have with this setup is that the Kodak Color Enhancement
stuff isn't supported on the Linux side.

It's not exactly a pretty solution, but it works...
