There's bound to be some Mindspring users out there that can help you,
unfortunately, I'm not one of them. :( It is possible that they are
using PAP or CHAP authentication, which you will need to find out from
them. Once you do, check out the HOWTO's on setting up the particular
auth. they are using. I've set up both PAP and CHAP on my machine, but
not for Mindspring. Once you find out what they are using and if you
don't get better help somewhere else, let me know and I'll see if I can
assist you. Good luck.
