GIM's and the GT Bookstore computer store used to carry combos for around
$40.  I haven't been in either for a while, so can't promise they still do
or what the price would be.

It's not around Ma Tech, but there's a store off of Jimmy Carter (CompuTime
or something like that) that has ne2000 clones for $18 (ISA) and $25 (PCI).
You'll probably have to work to find cheaper prices than those.
