This is what I'm doing. My dial-up machine is "moat" and my personal
machine is "dogbert". I dial into my ISP out her in colorado. Moat
does IP-Masq so you can't directly see dogbert from the web, but I can
telnet to moat and the telnet (rsh) to dogbert.
