[ale] A Mail Question

I've looked into the documentation I have & that I know exists, and I've asked
my ISP for some help (but haven't gotten the right individual, they claim they
have someone who can help), but no success so far. If anyone here has
suggestions, I'd really appreciate them.

OF the individuals I exchange e-mail with (about 15), _one_ no longer seems to
go through, but gets stuck in my linux/sendmail mail spool until it expires.
The rest transmit fine (other wise you wouldn't be reading this 8-)). The two
part question I have is what is going on here, and how do I fix it?

I'm running a Caldera CND 1.0 release upgraded to RedHat 3.0.3 on a '486 with
20meg RAM. I run a PPP connection over a 14.4 modem to the ISP. I don't recall
modifying any of sendmail's configuration files.


Running mailq results in this display:

What other stuff do I need to collect to solve, and what is the problem?
