I bought an AMD-5xx86-133 to upgrade from my 486DX-33. The performance
increase is incredible. Its a really fast chip. I've managed to run a few
benchmarks of my own and I've found that it is about as fast as a Penitum
-75 (using non-optimized pentium code of course). I'm running linux under
it with 24 MB of ram and it gives great response time. I definitely
recommend it as a cheap upgrade.
