[ale] terminal to sco system

I am looking for a terminal emulator that will allow me to dial into a
SCO system.  I can do it with minicom ,but the function keys etc.. don't work.
I have a program that runs under dos, but won't run at over 2400 bps, :( 

I don't have access to a shell prompt on the sco system so I can't hack it
from that end.
