[ale] unix floppy filesystem?

Well, I've figured this one out.  Apparently, mkfs calls the the another
binary to do the formatting based on the /etc/fstab entry for the device.
I created a second device via a link to /dev/fd0 and now I can create a
dos floppy via mkfs /dev/fd0 or a Linux floppy via /dev/ufd0.  I had to
add a separate entry for /dev/ufd0 into /etc/fstab.  Better suggestions
will certainly be accepted.
