1.2 codefreeze eminent!

As you can see, I'm back up to speed, and 1.1.53 is out there now (only
as patches to 52 this time).  Changes:

 - updated network drivers by Donald Becker (probing cleanups, 3c509
   packet rejection fixes etc). 
 - icmp timestamp reply length fix by Ulrich Kunitz
 - various minor fixes: nfs, CPU limit, DMA threshold, scroll-lock led.

In general, this finally looks like the 1.2 codefreeze is starting to
take effect..  Please take it for a test-ride, and EXCLUSIVE SPECIAL
EXTRA DEAL this week: if you like it, you can have TWO COPIES FOR THE
PRICE OF ONE!
