The X.509 certificate<br \/>\nwill be an organizing theme to talk about an assortment of<br \/>\ntopics ranging from the history of secure socket layer to<br \/>\nprivacy enhanced mail (PEM) file formats.  By the end of<br \/>\nthe talk, you should know how to replace an expired<br \/>\ncertificate.  You should also have a better understanding<br \/>\nof how secure connections work.<\/p>\n<p>Bio:<br \/>\n&#8212; Stephen is an Editor of the open access journal Molecular<br \/>\nVision (molvis.org). He began his Linux journey in 2000<br \/>\nwith Red Hat 6.1.
