Vernard will relate his experience with how<br \/>\nLinux fits in these environments.<\/p>\n<p>Bio:<br \/>\nVernard Martin is a founding member of ALE and a Senior Problem<br \/>\nWrangler for the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University<br \/>\nwhere he runs their high performance computational environment. He has<br \/>\nbeen using Linux longer than any sane human being would care to admit.<br \/>\nHe lives right outside Atlanta, GA with with his cat Lieutenant and of<br \/>\ncourse, his own baby cluster.<\/p>\n<p>=======================================<br \/>\nThe ALE North East meetings are held at 7:30pm on the First Thursday<br \/>\nof each month and are hosted at Georgia Gwinnett College, Building C,<br \/>\nroom C-1260.
