Based on these trends of supply and<br \/>\ndemand, we will discuss points of resume and interviewing, as<br \/>\nwell as job hunting tips and strategies, with additional Q &#038; A<br \/>\nwelcomed. We will also discuss how to work with recruiters<br \/>\neffectively, with a focus on how to help recruiters be more<br \/>\neffective for you.<\/p>\n<p>Bio:<br \/>\n&#8212; As the Vice President of Recruiting, Ari Waller is responsible<br \/>\nfor providing management and recruiting leadership for<br \/>\nThompson Technologies, where he has been employed for<br \/>\nnearly 15 years.  Despite the fancy title, Ari&#8217;s professional<br \/>\npassion is technical recruiting, and he takes a &#8220;very hands&#8221;<br \/>\non approach in the day-to-day staffing operations with his<br \/>\nteam.  Ari joined Thompson Technologies in 1996 as a<br \/>\ntechnical recruiter and has progressively expanded his duties<br \/>\nand expertise. As one of the lead technical recruiters, a role<br \/>\nwhich he held until his promotion to Manager in 2005, and<br \/>\nDirector in 2006, Ari has personally placed over 600 technical<br \/>\nprofessionals nationally and locally in a variety of skills sets.<br \/>\nHe is responsible for the overall recruiting and sourcing strategy<br \/>\nfor Thompson Technologies&#8217; in the local Atlanta area and<br \/>\nNationally.
