The second tier<br \/>\nwas defined by the laptop, but what exactly is the third<br \/>\ntier? This personal computing category has been largely<br \/>\nindeterminate for over two decades and defining it<br \/>\npresents some interesting challenges. David will also be<br \/>\ndiscussing computer history in general,\u00c2\u00a0showcasing a few<br \/>\nsignificant desktop computers, a number of handheld<br \/>\nand palmtop \/ PDAs, with Q &#038; A welcomed.<\/p>\n<p>Bio:<br \/>\n&#8212; David Greelish is a long time computer history enthusiast<br \/>\nand collector. He started the Historical Computer Society in<br \/>\n1992, and began creating a newsletter about old computers<br \/>\nin 1993 called\u00c2\u00a0Historically Brewed. He now runs<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/classiccomputing.com\">classiccomputing.com<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0where he blogs, produces<br \/>\na video podcast, and is recording an excellent book into a<br \/>\nfree audio book podcast -\u00c2\u00a0Stan Veit&#8217;s History of the Personal<br \/>\nComputer.
